It is calculated automatically when you enter or change your Project Schedules. You can see how much % of work is completed in the Projects Progress Chart. You can see the %Progress of each Projects in the Chart in the Project Schedules Sheet. They are automatic fields and change the based on your plans. Do not clear the other columns in the Project Schedules Sheets. Clear the existing Projects in the Sheet (Range B4:B13), and start entering your Project Names from B4.
